Welcome to The Icon

Soaring above every other structure in Ottawa, The Icon is the tallest building in the Nation’s Capital. Designed by the renown architects at Hariri Pontarini and developed by Ottawa’s #1 condominium developer Claridge Homes, the Icon has redefined the Ottawa skyline forever.

The Icon rises 143m above the ground and consists of 45 storeys of residential and office space, 9 levels of underground parking and totals 321 residential units. Construction began in 2015 and by 2019, the building had officially become the tallest structure in Ottawa. The Icon began welcoming homeowners in 2021 and will be fully occupied in 2022.
